Purchases and returns
By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the merchandise in your order. If you cancel an order, no payment will be processed and any pre-authorization on your credit card for that transaction will be cancelled.

All products purchased from the online store are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the following situations:
